Order acceptance
An order confirmation email means we've received your order, not that it's been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued in such cases.
Shipping & delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 7–8 business days. Shipping is free on all orders to the UK.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed, provided they haven't already been dispatched.
Returns & refunds
All products are eligible for free returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
