Refund eligibility
Refunds are issued once your returned item has been received and inspected at our store in Surat, typically within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Refund method
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a further 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Non-refundable charges
None — shipping, customs, and return shipping are all free, so your full order amount is refunded for eligible returns.

Cancelled orders
Refunds for orders cancelled within 24 hours are processed back to your original payment method right after cancellation is confirmed.
