Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with original tags and packaging intact.

All products sold on Stopnbuy are eligible for return, as long as they meet the conditions above.
How to start a return
- Email contact@stopnbuy.shop with your order number.
- We'll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
- Pack the item securely with all original tags and invoice.
- Ship it to our return address in Surat, Gujarat, India.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is completely free for all eligible returns — no cost to you, no matter the reason.
Exchanges
Size or item exchanges are subject to stock availability and are also free of charge. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
