Payment Policy
How you can pay
Stopnbuy offers two ways to pay for your order: Prepaid or Pay After Delivery. All prices are shown in GBP and include shipping, customs and import charges.
Prepaid
Pay in full when you place your order. Once your payment is received, your order is processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Pay After Delivery
Receive your order first and pay once it has been delivered. After delivery, we send you an invoice with the payment details.
Payment methods
We accept:
- Bank transfer: using the bank details provided on your invoice.
- PayPal: available as an alternative payment option.
Invoices
Every order comes with an invoice showing the items purchased, the total amount and the payment status. Prepaid orders are invoiced when payment is made. Pay After Delivery orders are invoiced once the order is delivered.
Payment security
We only share bank details through your invoice or from our official email, contact@stopnbuy.shop. If you receive a payment request from any other source, please contact us before paying.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
