Cancellation window
You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't already been dispatched.

How to cancel
Contact us at contact@stopnbuy.shop  with your order number, and we'll process the cancellation right away.

After 24 hours or once dispatched
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you're welcome to return it once delivered, following our Returns & Exchange policy.

Refunds for cancelled orders
Once a cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
